Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused and in its original condition

  • the item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that returned items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or opened.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PawEase cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days .

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Late or Missing Refunds
